Dr. Tawhid CHTIOUI, President and Founder

Selected as one of the 25 most influential global figures in AI and data by Keyrus (January 2025), Tawhid CHTIOUI is an international expert, lecturer and serial entrepreneur in higher education and training. He is also Founding Chairman of aivancity, the Grande École of Artificial Intelligence and Data. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University and a leadership development program in Higher Education from Harvard University, and has held scientific and management positions in various business schools in France and abroad. Tawhid CHTIOUI is a Chevalier (2016) and Officier (2022) of the Ordre des Palmes Académiques, and has also received several international awards, including the “Top 100 Leaders in Education Award” from the Global Forum on Education & Learning, “The Name in science & Education Award” from the Socrates Committee Oxford Debate University of the Future and the Top 10 Most Inspiring People in Education, 2022 issued by CIO VIEWS, and the “Trophée de la Pédagogie” 2024 from Eduniversal.

Dr. Soufia Bennai

Dr. Soufia Bennai has a PhD in computer science, qualified in section CNU 27, and specializes in artificial intelligence, data science and big data. Her research focuses on the compression of table constraints, the exploitation of datamining and the development of new methods for solving constraint satisfaction problems. She is the author of several publications in international journals such as Applied Intelligence and The Journal of Supercomputing, as well as major conferences such as FICC, EGC and ICTAI.

With a doctorate from the University of Béjaia, she also has solid experience in higher education and student project management.

Dr. Fatma Chamekh

Fatma Chamekh is a contract teacher-researcher at IUT Orsay (Université Paris-Saclay), where she teaches databases and Java programming; previously, she held similar positions at AgroParisTech/INRAE and UTC, teaching courses in computer science, advanced databases and Python. A PhD in computer science from the University of Lyon (2016) with a thesis on the evolution of the web of data by multi-agent systems, then a post-doctorate at LIPN on ontology alignment, she has led numerous research projects. Her work focuses on the semantic web, ontological models, knowledge extraction and representation, graph construction and embedding, entity linking and recommendation.

Attalie Linda Donkeng

Attalie Linda DONKENG has been a senior project manager and project management trainer for several years. With a degree in network and telecoms engineering and a master’s specialized in information systems security, she has worked in several CAC40 companies and internationally. She is also ITIL, Prinxe2 and PMP certified.

Dr. Ahmad Fadel

Dr. Ahmad Fadel holds a PhD in Computer Science, qualified in section CNU 27, and specializes in 5G telecom networks, cybersecurity and computer network engineering. His research focuses on radio resource management in heterogeneous 5G networks using new beamforming and MIMO technologies.

He is the author of several publications in top-ranked international journals and conferences, such as Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (VTC), IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (PIMRC) and IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing and Communications (HPCC).

Maxime Fauquemberg

Maxime Fauquemberg has been a trainer in the Licence Pro Créatec program at the UPJV in Amiens since September 2022, where he designs and teaches courses in digital creation, SEO/SEA, project management and digital marketing; prior to this, he founded and managed the agency Sujet Verbe Complément (since 2017) and piloted Oblady Solution Open Source (2004-2017) after more than 20 years spent in web agencies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and social sciences, and is currently enrolled in a Master MIAGE program at the Université de Picardie Jules Verne. He is also Google Analytics and Agile Scrum certified. His work focuses on open source web development, entrepreneurship, pedagogical innovation and active learning methods.

Dr. Hossam Fraihat

Hossam FRAIHAT is a professor of artificial intelligence, computer networks and electrical engineering/electronics. He holds a PhD in signal processing, imaging and robotics from Université Paris-Est, and currently teaches at La Salle Passy Buzenval and CFA. His research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence to computer vision, facial recognition, biomedical signal analysis (notably ECG signals), and solar energy forecasting. He has published several articles in international scientific journals. He was an assistant professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at Al-Ahliyya University Amman, Jordan, where he supervised innovative projects in the fields of renewable energies and the Internet of Things.
