Training Versatile IT Architects:
A Response to the Strategic Needs of SMEs
With the meteoric rise of artificial intelligence, the world of IT is undergoing a radical transformation, overturning the priorities and skills needed within companies. Tasks traditionally centered on software development and coding are becoming less and less important, and the rise of no-code and low-code tools is greatly simplifying the development of IT solutions, reducing dependence on programming experts. At the same time, small and medium-sized businesses are faced with a growing need for versatility in their IT teams. SMEs face a double challenge: not only do they have to keep pace with technological advances, but they also have to maximize their often limited resources. Yet they have neither the means nor the need to recruit a separate expert for each key area, such as AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management or even network systems and web and business application management.
What they need are IT professionals with cross-disciplinary skills, true “multi-skilled architects”, capable of integrating several disciplines, intervening with agility on a variety of issues, and supporting managers in implementing a coherent, proactive digital strategy. These profiles are essential if SMEs are to remain competitive, adapt to technological change and ensure operational continuity, even in complex environments.
Towards 360° IT skills
To keep pace with growth and remain competitive, SMEs and start-ups alike need to invest in IT talent capable of combining technical expertise, practicality and operational responsiveness. These versatile profiles will play a key role in implementing a successful digital transformation, while ensuring optimal management of available resources.
Having these talents at your disposal also helps reduce the costs associated with IT maintenance and external service providers, while guaranteeing greater responsiveness to incidents. Rapid, effective intervention can make all the difference in avoiding business impacts and maintaining customer satisfaction. In a world where every minute counts, having these skills in-house becomes an indispensable strategic asset.
This observation inspired an ambitious project: to create a graduate school dedicated to training these versatile IT experts, specifically tailored to meet the needs of SMEs and startups. By training a new generation of professionals capable of meeting these challenges with expertise, creativity and pragmatism, this school will position itself as a key player in supporting companies towards a controlled digital future.
CCCLX: The School of Versatile IT Architects
In a world where technology is evolving at breakneck speed, where SMEs have to navigate between artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing and data management, a crucial need is emerging: to train experts capable of understanding, integrating and orchestrating everything. CCCLX was born of this vision.
Founded by Tawhid CHTIOUI, serial entrepreneur in the field of higher education and training, selected as one of the 25 most influential global figures in the field of AI and data by Keyrus (January 2025) and Founding President of aivancity, the Grande Ecole de l’AI et de la Data, a benchmark school in the field in France and beyond.
With over 6,000 IT jobs still unfilled in our SMEs[1], it’s time to face up to an essential truth: the era of training developers to code is over. Artificial intelligence is radically changing the game. CCCLX was born to respond concretely to this urgent need, by turning the outdated model of traditional IT development on its head. We are training a new generation of Versatile Digital Architects: talents capable of fully supporting SMEs and startups in their digital reinvention, no longer by coding, but by integrating, orchestrating and optimizing IT solutions in an agile, global and responsible way.
