Inclusivity & diversity

An inclusive approach

CCCLX stands out for its deeply inclusive approach, making excellent IT training available to as many people as possible.

With an affordable tuition fee of €6,500/year, the school opens its doors to talent from a wide range of backgrounds.

The innovative organization of courses, with 3 fixed days of face-to-face teaching per week, enables students to combine their academic studies with a student job, giving them the opportunity to finance their studies while gaining professional experience.

The final year of work-study consolidates this gradual integration into the world of work.

What’s more, thanks to a pioneering partnership with Umanity, a fintech with a social mission specializing in inclusive training financing, CCCLX offers its students an innovative and accessible method of financing. The aim of this initiative is to enable as many people as possible to invest in their skills, facilitating their access to rewarding careers and better jobs.

Focus on aivancity/Umanity* financing

The arrangement with Umanity is based on an Income Share Agreement (ISA), designed to offer students a flexible, fair solution with no up-front costs.

1- The student applies to CCCLX and identifies a need for additional financing.

2- His application is pre-validated by CCCLX, then examined by Umanity, which assesses the economic viability of his project.

3- Once the financing has been approved, Umanity takes charge of paying the school for the remainder.

4- Repayment only starts when the graduate reaches a certain income level, guaranteeing financial security and social equity.

Inclusion and diversity at CCCLX: pillars of responsible innovation

In a sector where technological innovation is progressing at lightning speed, inclusion and diversity are not just ethical issues: they are also levers for performance and creativity. As a school dedicated to technology and digital intelligence, CCCLX places these values at the heart of its teaching, recruitment and operations.

Diversity essential to technological innovation

Encouraging gender diversity is a key issue: women are still under-represented in the IT field. To reverse this trend, CCCLX is setting up mentoring programs and awareness-raising events to encourage young girls to project themselves into the tech professions.

An inclusive approach to training responsible experts

Training IT architects means more than just teaching them programming languages and software architecture concepts. CCCLX advocates a pedagogical approach that takes into account the societal issues associated with new technologies.

This involves :

  • A permanent invitation to think of IT as a useful, accessible and sustainable lever for progress.
  • Easier access to studies, thanks to hybrid formats (face-to-face/teleconferencing), courses accessible to people with disabilities and support schemes for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • International collaborative projects, which encourage exchanges between students from different cultures and prepare them to work in multicultural environments.

An equal opportunities policy for a more open sector

Access to technological training should not be reserved for an elite. To democratize access to digital professions, CCCLX has set up financial support schemes, career transition programs and partnerships with companies committed to diversity.

CCCLX supports initiatives to promote inclusion in the digital professions, working with associations that help under-represented groups discover technology, IT and career opportunities.

A commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities

Inclusion also means accessibility to studies and infrastructures for people with disabilities. CCCLX is committed to providing a learning environment adapted to all by implementing :

  • Accessible equipment in classrooms, common areas and technology labs.
  • Adapted digital tools, such as voice recognition software, ergonomic interfaces and educational content compatible with assistive technologies.
  • Individualized support, with a disability advisor to guide students and offer them specific accommodations according to their needs.

By integrating these programs, CCCLX guarantees every student the best conditions for a successful academic and professional career, whatever their profile.

Governance that embodies these values

Inclusion and diversity must be promoted at the highest level of CCCLX. This means :

  • Train teachers and staff in diversity issues to ensure a caring and equitable environment.
  • Promote a governance structure that is equally representative of the different sensitivities in the digital world.
  • Create follow-up committees to ensure that these commitments are translated into concrete action.

CCCLX shapes the players in a more responsible and equitable digital world. By ensuring that all voices are heard and represented, it is helping to build a technological future that benefits society as a whole.
