President and founder

Dr. Tawhid CHTIOUI

Selected as one of the 25 most influential global figures in AI and data by Keyrus (January 2025), Tawhid CHTIOUI is an international expert, lecturer and serial entrepreneur in higher education and training. He is also Founding Chairman of aivancity, the Grande École of Artificial Intelligence and Data. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University and a leadership development program in Higher Education from Harvard University, and has held scientific and management positions in various business schools in France and abroad. Tawhid CHTIOUI is a Chevalier (2016) and Officier (2022) of the Ordre des Palmes Académiques, and has also received several international awards, including the “Top 100 Leaders in Education Award” from the Global Forum on Education & Learning, “The Name in science & Education Award” from the Socrates Committee Oxford Debate University of the Future and the Top 10 Most Inspiring People in Education, 2022 issued by CIO VIEWS, and the “Trophée de la Pédagogie” 2024 from Eduniversal.

Soumia Malinbaum, First Vice President of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is a committed entrepreneur who founded and managed several companies in the digital and technology sector before joining the JEMS group as Director of External Relations & CSR Paris. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Syntec Numérique.

CPME94, represented by its president, Alain Martinez

An interprofessional employers’ union specifically for small and medium-sized businesses, its role is to defend, represent, assist and network with them. The CPME94 participates in social dialogue and the definition of public policies at local level. Its role is to ensure that the interests of SMEs are taken into account in all its dealings, whether with the government or local elected representatives, in order to support economic activity and employment.

Its representatives are present on all joint bodies (CPAM, CAF, Commission des Impôts, URSSAF, industrial tribunals, etc.). They create an essential link between the administration and companies, advising the latter in the event of difficulties.

Jean-Michel Nicolle, Vice-Chairman of the CDEFI and Chairman of the n+i network

Jean-Michel Nicolle was Director of EPF École d’Ingénieurs between 2008 and 2023. He has also been vice-president of the CDEFI (Conférence des directeurs d’écoles françaises d’ingénieurs) since September 2018.

President of the n+i network since January 2015, he was a member of the standing committee of the CDEFI (Conférence des directeurs d’écoles françaises d’ingénieurs) from 2017 to 2018 and president of the Avenir competition from 2015 to 2017. Jean-Michel Nicolle was also president of the UGEI (Union des grandes écoles indépendantes) from 2015 to 2020.

After a master’s degree in economics, he graduated from the IAE (Institut d’administration des entreprises) in Paris in 1977, obtained a DEA in management from the University of Paris 1 in 1978 and embarked on a doctoral program. In 1982, he was awarded the agrégation d’économie et de gestion, and in 1985, the Diplôme d’expertise comptable.

Dr. Guy Pujolle, Professor Emeritus at Sorbonne-Université

A world authority in the field of networks, he is also a visiting professor at numerous international universities, including NCSU, Stanford, Rutgers, UQAM and BUPT Beijing.

Author of over 200 scientific publications and some twenty books, and pilot of development projects including the 1st Gbps network, the 1st ATM prototype, the 1st patents and prototypes on IPR and Wifi controllers, Green Communication and IoT security, he was awarded the Grand Prix de l’Académie des Sciences in 2013.

François Robinet, Director at Amaris Consulting

François Robinet is a technology consulting professional with over 20 years’ experience. Currently a Director at Amaris Consulting, he is in charge of development strategy in the Paris region, having previously headed the Telecom France Business Line.

Founder of the Delivery Department at Amaris, he structured and optimized operations in several French-speaking countries. Previously, at Beijaflore, he held key positions in telecom projects. A graduate of Télécom Paris and ISEP, he combines technical expertise, strategic leadership and a passion for innovation.
