CCCLX is a subsidiary of AIVANCITY SAS.

AIVANCITY SAS is a société à mission carrying out the initial and continuing training activities of aivancity and CCCLX, with share capital of 200,000 euros, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 883439929, with registered offices at 151 boulevard Maxime Gorki, 94800 Villejuif (“ aivancity “).
aivancity uses the https://www.ccclx.school/ website (the “Site”) to process your personal data in its capacity as data controller.

Your personal data will be transmitted :
- the internal staff of aivancity and CCCLX departments responsible for answering and processing your requests;
- service providers involved in carrying out these purposes (hosting, maintenance and management of the Sites, dispatch of our communications, management of applications and registrations).
Your personal data may be transferred to a country outside the EU. In such cases, aivancity ensures that its relations with service providers provide sufficient guarantees for the protection of personal data. To this end, aivancity ensures that standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and enhanced security measures are in place.
