At CCCLX, Artificial Intelligence is not a marginal discipline: it is one of the pillars of the curriculum. This is why, in the fourth year, each student carries out a Final Year Project (FDP ) enriched by generative AI tools. But beyond technical use, the stakes are ethical, operational and strategic.
Real-life projects boosted by AI
Each PFE is designed as a direct extension of the work-study assignments. The student identifies a concrete problem encountered in his or her company, provides a complete IT solution… and mobilizes generative AI as a lever for innovation. This may involve optimizing a customer service, automating a business process, analyzing internal data or developing a decision-support tool.
Students are coached in the use of these new-generation AIs (ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney, etc.), ensuring their relevance, robustness… and ethics.
Training in the responsible use of AI
One of the strengths of the CCCLX PFE lies in its focus on the social, ethical and environmental impact of the technologies used. Here, we don’t “tinker” with a solution: we think about its effect on employees, its energy consumption, its compliance with RGPD, its potential to disintermediate jobs. Students learn to anticipate negative externalities while building solid, responsible, sustainable solutions.
An exercise in synthesis… and innovation
Through this enhanced PFE, CCCLX develops the key skills of a modern IT architect: the ability to design an end-to-end solution, manage technological integration, dialogue with stakeholders and produce a concrete, useful, duplicable deliverable. The best projects are presented at a Demo Day open to partner companies.
Conclusion
With this graduation project, CCCLX is not only training technical experts, but also committed players in digital transformation. Professionals who understand technology… and its impact.
