More than 6,000 IT offers analyzed: CCCLX reveals the market’s true expectations
In a rapidly changing job market, where artificial intelligence and the cloud are redefining standards, CCCLX has conducted an extensive study of over 6,000 job offers published between November 2024 and February 2025 on LinkedIn and Indeed. Objective: to understand the real needs of companies, identify the profiles they are looking for and validate the relevance of its “Bachelor en Sciences Systèmes Numériques” program to real-life situations. The results are clear: companies, especially SMEs, are looking for IT profiles that are versatile, pragmatic and immediately operational.
Bac+3/4 at the heart of demand
The study reveals that 54% of vacancies target graduates with 3 or 4 years of higher education. Of these positions, 50% are open to young graduates with no previous experience. In other words, companies are no longer just looking for ultra-specialized profiles or graduates of engineering schools (less than 9% of adverts make this a requirement), but for professionals capable of taking effective action as soon as they start work. And salaries follow: a young graduate can expect to earn an average of €42-45K/year.
Professions aligned with CCCLX DNA
The most represented professions – IT Manager, Digital Project Manager, IT Support – reflect the “360°” approach promoted by CCCLX: positions where it’s no longer enough to know how to code, but where you need to manage, integrate, secure and administer a company’s entire digital ecosystem. 51% of recruiters are SMEs, often without a structured IT department, and need profiles capable of doing it all: managing servers, supporting employees, integrating AI tools or ensuring IT security.
A hybrid, sustainable and territorial model
Another strong indicator is that 89% of contracts are open-ended, with 43% hybrid offers (face-to-face + telecommuting), a sign of a lasting transformation in work organization. Above all, the positions are spread throughout the country, validating CCCLX’s objective: to train professionals capable of taking concrete action in local businesses, where digital needs are most pressing.
Conclusion
This study confirms that the CCCLX vision perfectly matches market needs. It demonstrates the urgent need to train talents who are agile, multi-skilled, rooted in the realities of business and endowed with a capacity for constant adaptation. More than a diploma, CCCLX delivers real employability.
